You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

All purchases made through our Site are subject to product availability and acceptance by us. Prices are listed in AUD, and are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You agree to pay all charges incurred, including applicable taxes and shipping fees
   

We strive to ensure that all products are delivered accurately and in excellent condition. However, due to the nature of our business, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless:

• The item(s) delivered are deemed faulty or damaged, and
   
• We acknowledge the issue after investigation
   

To request a return under these conditions, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. If the return is approved, we will provide further instructions.

Please note:

• Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances unless they arrive damaged or faulty and are confirmed as such by us.
   
• Any claims made after the 7-day period may not be eligible for review.
   

If you upload or submit content (such as artwork, designs, or text) to be printed, you:

• Represent that you own or have permission to use all intellectual property rights for that content
   
• Agree not to submit content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringing on others’ rights
   
• Grant us a limited license to use the content for the purpose of fulfilling your order
   

We reserve the right to reject or cancel custom orders that violate these terms.

All content on the Site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs—is the property of The Printing Den or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Site without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Printing Den will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for products or services purchased through the Site.

We provide the Site and Services "as is" and "as available." We do not make any warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Site or the information, content, or products included on it.
